3. NON-REFUNDABLE
Once purchased, the gift voucher is non-refundable and has no cash value. The value of this voucher will not be reimbursed if unused. All sales of gift vouchers are final and cannot be exchanged. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of this gift voucher's value.

9. JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
